The S15 is a premium replacement for the standard #10 size. It is perfectly proportioned for one sushi roll, 1.5 portions of hosomaki, 6–7 pieces of nigiri, or 4–5 pieces of inari. Available in OCEAN and RED.

Handling soy sauce and wasabi for take-out can be a challenge. We’ve solved this by integrating a dedicated sauce tray within the lid. The lid can be used as a convenient dipping dish, making it perfect for individual servings.
